WORLDHOUSE CANNES 2007 - A horror Cavaletto Andrea and Claudio Argento!
Yes, you read that right! Andrea Cavaletto (DEPARTYD) is working with four hands with producer Claudio Argento is on a script by graphic novel THE WORLDHOUSE. The bombshell is really cool, so we are not allowed to know much more, but it will also match the Fargo Film of Turin, in the person of Ladis Zanini (formerly co-producer of the new horror The Etruscan Mask). Remember that the comic book WORLDHOUSE will be presented at San Diego Comicon this year's U.S. editor Scott O. Brown and will be purchased Amazon soon after July, waiting and hoping to see an Italian edition! Cavaletto explains that this is a ghost story with a haunted house, but told from the point of view very unusual and original. While the cartoon is "metaphysical" and focused on the importance and weight of the soul, the film will, in agreement with Silver, more "physical", so you probably will see more than a feast for souls at a banquet human flesh of epic proportions, perpetrated by the monstrous inhabitants of the house, angelic creatures hours corrupted by human wickedness.
Another major difference between the comic and the movie will be the setting: in fact while in the graphic novel l'azione si svolge a Praga, i set cinematografici dovrebbero essere nell'altrettanto magica Torino. Proprio per discutere di questo, Cavaletto incontrerĂ a Cannes la FILMCOMMISSION.
